Boxing / Ragdoll Fight rules

The first fighter to score three knockdowns wins. A punch takes health; reaching zero sends the fighter into a floppy ragdoll fall and awards the rival one point. A simultaneous double knockdown awards neither player a point. After a short break, both fighters return with full health and stamina.

Move close and your fighter turns towards the opponent and punches automatically. Each punch spends stamina, which recovers over time. A windup locks the punch direction: step aside or retreat before contact to make it miss. Incoming punches have a 25% chance of a full block, rising to 50% when standing in guard between punches. An unblocked hit has a 20% chance of double damage and stronger knockback. A block also stops a power hit. BLOCK and POWER! show the outcome on the ring. There are no fouls, time limits or ring-outs.

Move to punch. Move to dodge.

Player 1 moves with WASD; Player 2 uses the arrow keys. In solo and online play, either key set controls your fighter. Move the mouse over the ring to guide your fighter.

On a touch screen, drag near your fighter. Two players can move at once with separate fingers. You control movement; punches and guard are automatic. No punch, jump or charge buttons.

Make the next swing count

Draw a punch, sidestep the windup and return while your rival recovers. Watch the gold stamina bar: retreat to recover instead of chasing every exchange. The coloured bar shows health. Avoid getting trapped against the ropes.

Three ways to practise

Choose Easy, Medium or Hard in the Vs computer menu. Easy moves and reacts slowly; Medium applies pressure and retreats to recover stamina; Hard also sidesteps incoming windups. Difficulty changes keep your score. You play the teal fighter.

Pause, save and return

Local and computer matches save separately in this browser when storage is available. Returning restores the score and fight, paused until you start. Leaving the tab pauses the game. Clearing site data removes saved matches and online seat credentials.

Return using the same invitation in the same browser to recover your seat. Both players must be ready to resume. A pause or lost connection stops play. Knockdowns are saved before confirmation; movement is checkpointed periodically, so a server restart can restore the latest checkpoint. A new match requires both votes. Inactive rooms expire after seven days.
