How to start playing Dominoes online
- Open the table. Play Dominoes Online starts Same device mode.
- Choose how to play. Keep the shared table, switch to Vs computer, or create an invitation with Play with a friend.
- Check the opening. The required first tile is highlighted. The highest double dealt starts, or the highest-total tile if neither hand has a double.
- Select a tile and an end. Choose a playable tile, then Left or Right to add it to the chain.
In Same device mode, reveal the active hand before selecting a tile. The table handles matching orientation and follows the growing chain.

Two people at one screen
Dominoes 2 Player explains pass-and-play, hiding hands and sharing a phone or computer. It is the quickest arrangement when you are together.
A private invitation
Dominoes with a friend connects separate browsers to the same table. Share the invitation with the person you want to play; there is no random-opponent matchmaking.

Understand this version of Draw Dominoes
The double-six set contains 28 distinct tiles with ends numbered from blank to six. Each player begins with seven tiles. Matching numbers connect the pieces into one chain with two open ends.
You must play a match if you have one. Otherwise, draw from the boneyard one tile at a time until you can play. Passing is available only when the boneyard is empty and your hand has no match.
Empty your hand to win the opponent’s remaining pips. If both sides pass, the hand with fewer pips wins the difference. This is a single-round game, not All Fives or a running points match. Review the winning and scoring guide for examples of the finish.
Use the table comfortably on any screen
Tap tiles on a touchscreen or click them with a mouse. When a hand grows, scroll it sideways to see the remaining tiles. Select the tile first, then choose a legal end; you do not have to drag a piece through the full chain.
A steady connection matters for private online rooms. Reopen the same room in the same browser to recover your seat. Shared-device and computer rounds can save locally when browser storage is available.
For your first few rounds, watch the two exposed numbers after every move. Knowing which numbers your hand can still match makes the next decision easier.
