Reds, colours and frame scoring

Pot a red for 1 point, then nominate a colour: yellow 2, green 3, brown 4, blue 5, pink 6 or black 7. A legal pot continues your break. Several reds potted on one legal red shot all count. Colours return to their spots while you alternate reds and colours.

After the last red you may play one final colour, which is re-spotted. Then clear yellow, green, brown, blue, pink and black in order. A missed or fouled colour after the last red also starts this clearance. The higher total wins; a pot or foul on the final black ends the frame. If that leaves a tie, the black returns and the other player starts from the D. The next score or foul decides.

Missing all balls, contacting the wrong ball first, potting a wrong ball or scratching gives the opponent 4–7 points: the highest of four, the ball on and the balls involved. No points are awarded to the shooter on a foul. Reds stay down and fouled colours return. Only potting the white gives cue placement in the D; other fouls leave the white where it stops. No cushion contact is required after a legal first contact.

This is casual snooker with explicit colour nomination, automatic scoring and one frame per round. There is no free ball, miss/replay, spin, jump, referee decision or concession system. Colours use their own spot, then the highest free colour spot, then the nearest clear point along the centre line. The table is sized for browser play.

Aim, nominate and shoot

Move your mouse across the cloth to aim and click to shoot. On a phone, tap or drag to aim, then press Shoot below the meter; releasing your finger does not shoot. The power meter rises and falls automatically. Left/right arrows aim; Space or Enter shoots. The guide shows first contact, and turns red for a wrong target.

At the start and after scratching, tap a clear point inside the D and press Confirm. Before a colour shot, open the colour selector above the table and choose the ball you intend to hit first. Player cards show scores and best breaks; the active card is highlighted. The table rotates vertically on narrow screens.

Build a break, leave a useful angle

Plan the next colour before potting a red. Use gentle power when a clear pot leaves the white near another red. A safety that contacts the correct ball is legal without reaching a cushion. Watch the nominated colour: an accidental black contact can cost seven points.

Practise against the computer

Choose Vs computer, then Easy, Medium or Hard in the shared menu. You start from the D. Easy introduces aim and power errors. Medium and Hard simulate possible pots with the same physics as the game; Hard explores more candidates and power levels. Search yields to the interface and can be cancelled when changing modes. The opponent is a practice partner, not a professional snooker player. Changing difficulty keeps the current frame.

Return to your saved frame

Local and computer frames save separately in this browser after each settled shot. Returning to the same mode restores the score, balls and target. Reloading during a local shot restores the previous settled position. Clearing browser data removes those saves.

Online shots are computed and saved by the server before both players animate them. Resume with the original invitation in the same browser to keep your seat. Both players must be connected to shoot. Once your friend joins, both must request New round. Inactive rooms expire after seven days.
